Our enthusiastic participants, together with Nataliya Lukova as their leader took part in Youth exchange ‘Enhancing the Quality Among Layers’ in Kirsehir, Turkey, from November 1st to 7th, 2021. Seven enthusiastic Bulgarian youth with a mission to delve into the cultures of four other countries – Malta, Turkey, France, and Romania – with the overarching goal of elevating the quality of youth work.
The exchange was a dynamic platform for fostering collaboration, exchanging ideas, and highlighting essential skills in youth work. This initiative not only enriched the participants’ understanding of diverse cultures but also empowered them to contribute to the enhancement of youth work practices in their organisations, communities and home countries.
