After the unexpected conditions, the anticipation is palpable as Association of Ruse in help of society and young people (RAPO) gets ready for its upcoming European Solidarity Corps (ESC) project titled “Culture and Me.” The project, focused on cultural exchange and community engagement, is set to kick off with the arrival of 8 enthusiastic volunteers ready to embark on a transformative journey.
The first chapter of the “Culture and Me” unfolded through a series of engaging online interviews. Aspiring volunteers faced a virtual meet-and-greet with RAPO representatives. The interviews served as great exploration of their personal motivations, skills, and expectations.
The exchange of ideas and stories during these interviews not only unveiled the unique qualities of each volunteer but also forged an early connection between the participants and the hosting organization.
