Association for Innovation and Growth, as an active partner in the Adult Education Consortium, is proud to share the progress of the AI4Adults project, implemented under the Erasmus+ Adult Education program.
During the latest mobility, 20 participants from Bulgaria had the opportunity to engage in international educational activities – including virtual, blended, and physical mobilities. These experiences were focused on enhancing knowledge, skills, and competencies for working with people with disabilities.
The main goals of the project are:
- Acquiring practical skills for inclusive work with people with disabilities;
- Building partnerships with European organizations that apply innovative methods for inclusion;
- Gaining competencies to use EU sports policies as tools to break down social barriers;
- Improving the quality of formal and non-formal adult education in Bulgaria through networking and collaboration.
Through education, exchange, and building strong connections, AI4Adults fosters a more inclusive society where people with disabilities are fully supported and empowered.
