Time flies when you’re promoting healthy lifestyles! After three months of our successful Youth Exchange ‘Fit In, Fit Out,’ participants reunited online to share experiences, discuss lasting effects on their daily lives, and reminisce about the transformative journey they undertook together. The virtual meet-up was filled with laughter, stories, and a shared commitment to maintaining the healthy habits they embraced during the project. This online reunion marks another chapter in the ongoing impact of ‘Fit In, Fit Out.’
