Reflecting on our enriching experience in the Erasmus project, “Coaching Your Dreams: The Way from Volunteer to Trainer,” held in Hungary in November 2015, we are filled with gratitude for the invaluable lessons learned and the bonds forged.
The project’s aim to guide participants along the path from volunteer to trainer was not just a professional journey but a personal one as well. Engaging in workshops, discussions, and hands-on activities, we honed the skills necessary to transform our passion for volunteering into a powerful tool for coaching and mentoring.
